Thanks Melodie for the information on fitness, you dispelled so many myths about fitness for me. I was always taught to put my hands behind my neck while doing sit ups and didn't know why it hurt so much! Go figure!

Hey Melodie thanks for posting the video... I never knew that 5 pounds a week for a weight loss goal was a bad thing. And also didnt know about sit ups with hands behind head being a bad thing.

Brianna, I never knew it was bad to put your hands behind your head while doing sit ups. Makes sense though!

Thanks Jenna Prescott for sharing this presentation on fitness myths. I didn't know you weren't suppose to put your hands behind your head when doing situps. That is how we learned how to do them back in the 70's!

Hey Jenna...excellent information. Had no idea all those sit-ups I was doing was the cause of my back hurting! Crazy what kind of DANGEROUS information those High School P.E. teachers were giving out in the late 70's! Thanks for the info...Dolly
